V-Tech Tuning Powered by V-Tech is a UK-based specialist offering vehicle tuning and ECU remapping services. Services may be delivered directly by us or via our authorised partner centres across the UK.
3. Services Offered
We and our Approved Centres provide services including but not limited to:
- ECU remapping (economy, performance, custom)
- Diagnostic tuning
- DPF, EGR, AdBlue, and related modifications (where permitted)
- Dyno testing and tuning optimisation
4. Appointment Booking and Service Fulfilment
- All tuning services are carried out by appointment only.
- Bookings may be made through our website or by contacting an Approved Centre directly.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is in a suitable condition for tuning.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if your vehicle is deemed unsafe or incompatible.
5. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
- Pricing is confirmed at the time of booking and may vary by location or vehicle type.
- Prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
6. Refunds and Disclaimers
- We do not offer refunds for completed services unless a valid fault directly related to our tuning is identified and verified by our team or the relevant Approved Centre.
- Any refund request must be submitted within 7 days of service.
- Since services may be delivered by third-party centres, refund decisions may ultimately be at the discretion of the individual Approved Centre.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing mechanical faults, poor vehicle maintenance, or aftermarket modifications.
7. Warranty and Liability
- Software remaps include a warranty against software corruption or failure due to our tuning process (duration may vary by vehicle and centre).
- We are not liable for loss of warranty from the manufacturer or dealer as a result of remapping.
- We are not liable for any loss of use, indirect damage, or incidental expenses.
8. Vehicle Usage Disclaimer
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of inaccurate data
- Object to or restrict processing in certain cases
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
- Lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)
